Not a duplicate of any existing listing - nearest listed farms are in Perth Hills and South West WA, ~400km away; this is a genuinely new area (no existing region fits), consistent with discovery's suggested new 'Albany & Great Southern WA' region. Address (685 Eden Road) and phone (08 9845 2003) are consistent across au.pickyourown.farm, Albany Farmers Market, White Pages, Foursquare, Yelp and Tripadvisor. Farm's own archived website (visitor.html, live as recently as Dec 2023 per Wayback) explicitly describes 'the opportunity to pick blueberries' as a visitor activity, and au.pickyourown.farm's dedicated listing states 'you can pick your own or purchase already picked and frozen berries' - matching the discovery note. CAVEATS: (1) the farm's own domain edengate.com.au now returns NXDOMAIN (does not resolve) - last live Wayback capture was Dec 2023, so the website appears to have gone offline within the last couple of years; (2) I could not independently confirm any farm activity/reviews dated later than ~2023-2024 (Yelp/Tripadvisor 'Updated 2025' page headers appear to be autogenerated page-refresh timestamps, not proof of new content); (3) an older 2017 local forum comment described it as 'not necessarily pick your own', suggesting hands-on picking may be crop/weather-dependent in some seasons; (4) Albany Farmers Market's own producer page (independently fetched, describes the farm in the present tense as a regular Saturday market vendor with a Dec-Feb farm cafe) does not itself mention pick-your-own, only farm-gate sales and a cafe. No source anywhere indicates the business has closed. Given the dead official website and lack of confirmed recent activity, marking status as unconfirmed - a confirmatory phone call to (08) 9845 2003 before publishing is strongly recommended, as flagged by discovery.
