Family-run regenerative farm (Botha family), operating since 2019, Mountain River in the Huon Valley. A 2022 pick-your-own strawberries event became a recurring seasonal offering per a Jul 2024 Tasmanian Country profile, independently corroborated by a dated visitor review (12 Jan 2025) on pickyourown.org describing an actual on-farm picking experience. However, the farm's own online shop currently sells strawberries only as a pre-picked delivery/pickup item (both size options out of stock, off-season), and the 'Strawberries - PYO' product URL supplied in discovery now returns a 404 - plausibly a seasonal booking listing taken down between seasons rather than evidence PYO has ceased, but current-season (2026) dates and pricing could not be confirmed and should be checked via Facebook before publishing. The farm also separately runs paid, animal-focused farm tours (feed pigs/chickens/cows/sheep) that are distinct from strawberry picking and should not be conflated with it. Two directory sources give slightly different phone numbers (0457 207 648 vs 0457 207 638) - phone withheld pending confirmation.
