Nutwood Farm at Mount Irvine is normally a pick-your-own walnut and chestnut orchard, open on autumn weekends (March-April), $11/kg, no booking. The only access road (Mount Wilson Road) has been closed to general traffic since April 2026 for safety works, so the farm gate is closed for the 2026 season. Blue Mountains Council currently expects the road to reopen in 2027 — check back before planning a visit.
