Swan Valley

Long-running citrus orchard (open to the public since 1978, formerly Golden Grove Citrus Orchard) sold to new owners (Adam Saunders / Explore Tours Perth) in Feb 2020 and rebranded as The Orchard Perth, adding tractor tours, a petting farm and cafe alongside the original fruit picking. Genuine hands-on pick-your-own occurs during the guided, pre-booked Orchard Tractor Ride and Fruit Picking Tour (picked fruit capped at 5kg/person), not casual free-roam picking. Not a duplicate of any existing regional entry -- it is the only citrus operation in the list and the only one in Lower Chittering. Geographic note: Lower Chittering sits in the Shire of Chittering, just north of Bullsbrook (which already has confirmed entries in this 'swan-valley' region), and is commonly grouped with Swan Valley pick-your-own round-ups, so it was kept in swan-valley consistent with the existing Bullsbrook entries rather than treated as out of region.
